A Typical Use Case

An insurance application comes in (via email, web form or otherwise), our systems do the following and much more:

• Extract the data and validate completeness of information
• Send the applicant and your staff notice that the application is complete or advise what is missing
• Compile and collate relevant templates for insertion of applicant or contract specific data (e.g. effective date, insured name, endorsement limits)
• Add in associated terms and conditions as well as exclusions
• Automatically generate the completed documents
• Automatically issue, file and send off the policy documents to the correct parties
